RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Reservations can be made by phone, by mail or online at www.campinglesbergesducanal.com. All reservations must be accompanied by a payment including:
  • The deposit corresponding to: 30% of the total price of your rental and any additional services.
THE BALANCE OF THE STAY is to be paid 30 days before the date of arrival. No deduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.

In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, we inform you that the provision of accommodation services, which must be provided on a specific date or period, is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.

RATES

The rates or information published on our website www.campinglesbergesducanal.com are the basic rates, not including optional services (non-contractual texts and photos). The price agreed upon at the time of reservation includes the VAT in force. The contractual price may be subject to change within the legal and regulatory limits, when there are variations in the applicable VAT rates, between the date of reservation and the date of payment of the balance.

Les Berges du Canal applies dynamic pricing. As a result, rates are subject to change during the season, both upwards and downwards.

"Partner" benefits and promotions cannot be applied to a reservation that has already been paid in full or in part.

TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax is clearly shown on the invoice. Tourist taxes vary according to the municipality and country. The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the local authorities and may be increased by an additional departmental tax.

The amount of the tourist tax is subject to change during the year and may therefore increase or decrease the total cost of your stay.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

For rental stays, a security deposit will be requested by email 10 days before the start of your stay. This must be done online via the platform of our partner SWIKLY. This €400 security deposit is made via a simple bank card pre-authorisation, meaning it is not debited from your account. Alternatively, it can be paid by a non-cashable cheque on the day of your arrival.

For pitch stays, a security deposit may be required for the rental of fridges, barbecues, or other items, as well as to cover potential damage to the sanitary facilities and equipment provided.

The full deposit will be refunded no later than 3 days after your departure, provided the accommodation is returned clean and undamaged. Deductions may apply for any damage, unpaid services, or lost keys issued at check-in.

ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY

Accommodation is provided for a specified number of occupants. It may not under any circumstances be occupied by a greater number of people (including children and babies). In the latter case, the campsite manager is entitled to refuse any additional person.

Minors unaccompanied by their parents or a legal guardian may be admitted subject to presentation of a certificate of parental authorisation or legal representative.

ACCOMMODATION CHARACTERISTICS

The plans and photos of the accommodation are given for illustrative purposes. The layout and features of the rooms may vary from one model to another.
